Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Design

As a Product Designer, you will spearhead the design process for various digital products, encompassing desktop, mobile web, and applications. Your role will involve:

• Ideation: Generating innovative ideas and concepts for new products or features.

• Wireframing: Creating detailed wireframes that outline the structure and layout of a product.

• Prototyping: Developing interactive prototypes to test and refine ideas.

• Testing: Conducting usability tests to gather feedback and iteratively improve designs.

Collaboration

Effective collaboration is crucial for success in this role. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and develop design solutions that are both functional and visually appealing.

Research and Analysis

Experience

• Minimum of 3 Years: Proven hands-on design experience, preferably with customer-facing products.

Data-Driven Approach

• Flexibility: Capable of pivoting effectively based on user behavior and data findings, ensuring that design solutions remain relevant and effective.

Design Methodologies

• Proficiency: Strong understanding of design thinking, interaction design, typography, UX copywriting, composition, layout, and information architecture.

Software Proficiency

• Figma Expertise: Proficient in using Figma for design tasks.

• Data Tools Familiarity: Familiar with data interpretation tools such as Hotjar, Mixpanel/Amplitude, and Google Analytics.

Analytical and Empathetic Skills
