PROJECT MANAGER / SPECIAL TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

This full-time position benefits from flexible working hours and is eligible for telecommuting.

Your mission:

Project Management: You will take charge of managing projects, representing the client by monitoring deadlines, operational and financial management to deliver high-quality projects that meet the client’s needs and interests.
Quality Assurance: You will ensure that the project delivered is of high quality, aligning with the client’s requirements and preserving their interests.
Coordination and Supervision: You will coordinate, supervise, and manage various project phases, including needs assessment, programming studies, tender processes, drafting specifications, monitoring works, acceptance and accounting, documentation management, commissioning, and operational review, in collaboration with all stakeholders according to the established procedures.
Stakeholder Identification: You will identify the necessary providers and partners essential for the success of the project.
Validation Participation: You will take part in project validation throughout the decision-making process.
Governance: You will lead project governance, involving and managing both internal and external services.
Schedule and Budget Management: You will establish and ensure adherence to the project’s schedule, budget, and business plan.
Risk Management: You will identify, anticipate, and manage risks associated with different project phases while keeping the hierarchy informed.
Reporting: You will regularly report to the Team Manager on operational and financial matters.
Advisory Role: You will advise the Team Manager to facilitate decision-making processes.
Technical Integration: You will involve property management and maintenance services in technical decisions and facilitate the transfer of responsibilities for completed works.
Professional Development: You will encourage and support the professional development of your team.
Safety and Service Quality: You will be responsible for ensuring safety and maintaining a high level of service quality in project management.

Your Profile:

Educational Background: You hold either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Technical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Professional Experience: You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a consulting engineer office specializing in special techniques.
Technical Knowledge: You must have the necessary knowledge in HVAC, electricity, and sustainable development as a delegated project owner.
Language Proficiency: You are proficient in French and/or German and/or English, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of Luxembourgish is an advantage.
Environmental and Sustainable Development: You have substantial knowledge of environmental and sustainable development principles and have participated in certified projects (BREEAM, WELL, DGNB, etc.).
Technical Tools Proficiency: You have good knowledge of MS OFFICE tools, as well as Autocad. Knowledge of BIM, smart buildings, and digital twins is advantageous.
Priority Management: You know how to manage priorities effectively and have ease of contact with all hierarchical levels.
Communication Skills: You have strong communication and meeting facilitation skills.
Flexibility and Versatility: You demonstrate flexibility, versatility, and professional availability.
Work Ethic: You work rigorously, methodically, and in an organized manner.
Initiative and Dynamism: You have a proactive attitude and personal dynamism.
Autonomy: You are capable of working independently.
