Main Duties

As a Community Care Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting clients with their daily activities. Your tasks may include:

Light Household Duties:

Helping clients prepare meals and ensuring they maintain a healthy diet.
Medication Support:
Assisting clients with taking their prescribed medications on time.
Personal Care:
Helping clients with dressing, washing, and bathing as needed.
Appointments:
Accompanying clients to medical appointments or social activities like day centers and social gatherings.
Companionship:
Providing emotional support and companionship, especially during difficult times.
