About the Role

As a Home Carer at Walnut Care, you’ll be providing vital in-home support for individuals who require assistance with daily living activities. • Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

• Helping with daily routines, including meal preparation, medication reminders, and light household chores.

• Promoting independence and ensuring clients’ safety and well-being within their homes.

• Assisting clients with mobility and any other needs related to their individual care plans.
