About the Role

Africope is seeking dynamic Customer Service Officers with strong communication, patience in challenging situations, and excellent problem-solving skills to join our team. This role is designed to ensure customer satisfaction by effectively addressing their needs and concerns, fostering positive relationships, and maintaining a high level of service quality.

Main Duties

Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
Information Provision: Provide detailed product or service information to customers.
Order Processing: Handle orders, applications, refunds, and customer requests accurately.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow-Up: Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on issues to confirm resolution.
Escalation Handling: Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or management when necessary.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to offer accurate information.
Account Management: Manage and update customer accounts and information.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
Feedback Analysis: Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify improvement areas.

Eligibility

Age: Between 18 and 39 years old.
Language Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in the English language.
Residency: Hold citizenship or residency in an African country.
Education: Graduate from an accredited University or Polytechnic.
