This position is open to UK-based applicants with a student or dependent visa looking for sponsorship under the health and care worker role. Candidates must have a full UK driving license and experience driving in the UK, as the job requires traveling between clients’ homes.

Main Duties
As a Community Care Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting clients with their daily activities. Your tasks may include:
Assisting with tasks like cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
Helping clients prepare meals and ensuring they maintain a healthy diet.
Assisting clients with taking their prescribed medications on time.
Helping clients with dressing, washing, and bathing as needed.
Accompanying clients to medical appointments or social activities like day centers and social gatherings.
Providing emotional support and companionship, especially during difficult times.
Qualifications

A commitment to treating elderly and vulnerable individuals with respect and dignity at all times.
Hardworking, honest, and adaptable to changing needs and schedules.
Being able to communicate effectively with both clients and team members is essential for this role.
A good sense of humor is appreciated, especially in building rapport with clients.
Strong teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently.
Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential, as comprehensive in-house training will be provided.
